Part-time Jobs

In order to get young people interested in the University of Leoben and its degree programmes, the Department of Marketing and Communication  is looking for committed young colleagues who are interested in working in student advisory services on a long-term basis to expand our advisory team.

This activity includes counselling activities in virtual space, at schools (incl. lectures), the supervision of information days at the Montanuniversität, participation in education fairs at home and abroad, the supervision of school classes in projects at the university or university tours and the accompaniment of the MUL BUZZ Info-Tour and MUL BUZZ brings answers. Do you have any other ideas on how to get pupils interested in studying engineering in Leoben? We are all ears and look forward to your input.

For these assignments, you will need a high degree of sociability and eloquence, friendliness, flexibility and a confident demeanour. In order to successfully master your task, we offer you training with qualified trainers. We value team spirit and encourage this by organising joint events and activities.  

Of course, your assignments will be remunerated (hourly wage, mileage allowance and daily allowance outside Leoben). We offer very flexible working hours through case-by-case employment relationships.

Do you enjoy working with children and young people and would like to pass on some of your knowledge to them? We are looking for responsible and outgoing personalities who find it easy to interact with pupils and teachers. Several school classes with pupils aged between 8 and 12 visit us every week in the Montanuniversität teaching and learning laboratory. They experiment with us on topics such as salts, metals, plastics and robotics.
