What to expect from the study programme?
If you hold a technical Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Process Engineering, you are well prepared for this programme. Applicants from related engineering disciplines are also welcome. Should specific subject areas be missing from your previous studies, we will assess individual admission requirements to ensure a seamless transition.
Throughout the Master’s in Energy Engineering, you will deepen your expertise in key areas such as energy provision, energy utilisation, energy process technology, and energy management. In addition to core engineering disciplines, the curriculum strongly emphasises digitalisation and sustainable energy systems, preparing you for emerging challenges in the field.
You have the flexibility to tailor your studies: alongside compulsory modules and a dedicated digitalisation block, you can choose electives in General Energy Engineering or specialise in either Business and Economics or Energy Process Technology.
