You are working closely together with the Project Manager, the Project Team and the Line Management along the whole project life-cycle. You take care of a variety of tasks in the area of project assistance, project controlling and project administration:

Project Assistance:

  • Update and maintenance of project plans upon advice of the PJM
  • Task planning and tracking
  • Requirement management
  • Configuration management
  • Administration of internal and external meetings
  • Dedicated work packages (e.g. presentations, evaluations, reports) upon advice of the PJM

Project Controlling:

  • Controlling, analysis and preparation of project cost data
  • Preparation of data report

Project Administration:

  • Support for resource and cost planning
  • Data management in project management tools
  • Information management (e.g. Confluence)

Further Information

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time: 15-25 hours per week (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 9 months


Your toolkit for success includes:

  • Student at university or university of applied sciences in one of the fields:
           Technical studies (e.g. electric engineering, telematics, informatics, automation, digitalization)
           Economic studies (e.g. business administration, industrial management)
  • Fluent English skills

Nice to have:

  • Studies that combine technical and economic aspects
  • Project management experience
  • German language skills
