At this year's Leoben Conference on Polymer Engineering and Science, employees of the Department of Polymer Engineering and Science Leoben and the Polymer Competence Centre Leoben will once again have the opportunity to present their research work in the form of posters and publish them in the conference proceedings. 

Poster submission

The posters will be presented in two ways:

• in text form in the Conference Proceeding for download on the conference website. You can download the format template here.
• as a printout in A0 as part of the poster exhibition during the Leoben Conference on Polymer Engineering and Science. Please use the respective poster template of your institute / the PCCL

Poster submissions should be based on the topics of the sessions (Polymers for Sustainability and Circularity / Materials for Additive Manufacturing / Polymers for Energy Transformation, Storage and Transportation / Future Trends in Polymer Technology).

By when do you have to submit your poster?

• For the Conference Proceeding: October, 20^th 2025 
  please use the following upload form for submission. 
   
• For the poster exhibition: October 20^th 2024
  please send the print data to kunststofftechnik(at)unileoben.ac.at (for employees of the Department of Polymer Engineering and Science) or office(at)pccl.at (for employees of the Polymer Competence Center Leoben).

Poster Introductions

The posters will be presented during a postersession. 

Poster sessions:

• Thursday, November 21^st, 2024, between 3:30 and 3:45 pm and
• Friday, November 22^nd, 2024, between 10:30 and 10:45 am

Poster Voting

This year, poster voting will again be conducted digitally. 

How can you vote as a conference participant?

This year, the poster voting will be held online using the voting platform feedbackr. On this platform, you can use your smartphone to vote for the best poster during the conference. You will find a QR code and the session code on the poster walls that will take you directly to the voting platform.  The evaluation is possible from Thursday, November 21^st, 2024 from 15:45 until Friday, November 22^nd, 2024 11:45. After that, the QR code will be deactivated.

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants if they believe that the voting was not conducted legally.

Poster Award

On Friday, November 21^st, 2024 at 12:45 p.m., the best three posters will be awarded in the Erzherzog-Johann-Auditorium.
We therefore ask all poster presenters to be present in the Auditorium for the award ceremony. 
The information about which poster has won will also be published here on the website after the conference.
